Hosted by Sarawak Powerlifting Association, the inaugural Sarawak Powerlifting Closed 2024 is opened for Sarawakians only, an event sanctioned under the Malaysian Association for Powerlifting. Both new and seasoned lifters are welcomed to join this state-only meet, which also serves as a final qualification for the National Championships 2024. State lifters in this event are eligible to break state and national records.
