Malaysian Association For Powerlifting (MAP) is ecstatic to announce the arrival of our very first Raw Nationals. A staggering cash prize of total RM6K has been added to the pool, sponsored by the Malaysian Association For Powerlifting. This meet will serve as the final stage for athletes who wish to qualify for international competitions under Team Malaysia. Only nominated and invited athletes are qualified to compete for medals and placings.

Southeast Asian Cup 2022
The International Powerlifting Federation, Asian Powerlifting Federation, and Malaysian Association For Powerlifting would like to invite all IPF Member Nations of Southeast Asia – Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Vietnam, and Malaysia, to join the inaugural SEA Cup from 15th-18th of September 2022, in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Sarawak Open: Battle of the East 2022
Sarawak Powerlifting Association (SPA), one of the state federations of MAP, is proud and happy to announce its very first IPF sanctioned and biggest Powerlifting meet in Sarawak, Malaysia. Open to any MAP member, this competition serves as the National Qualifier for year 2023, which is one of the steps needed to be taken for athletes who wish to qualify for National Championships, as well as any future international meets.

Strength Academy Classic 2023
Opened to any MAP members, the Strength Academy Classic 2023 is a local meet sanctioned by The Malaysia Association for Powerlifting. Strength Academy Classic 2024
For the 3rd year in a row, the Strength Academy Classic 2024 is a local meet hosted by Strength Academy MY and sanctioned under The Malaysia Association for Powerlifting. The event also features a non-sanction meet, Strength Academy Novice Cup on the 19th. Scheduled to be held in Pearl Point Shopping Mall, SAC2024 will be served as the last National Qualifier meet for the upcoming National Championships.

Sarawak Powerlifting Closed 2024
Hosted by Sarawak Powerlifting Association, the inaugural Sarawak Powerlifting Closed 2024 is opened for Sarawakians only, an event sanctioned under the Malaysian Association for Powerlifting. Both new and seasoned lifters are welcomed to join this state-only meet, which also serves as a final qualification for the National Championships 2024. State lifters in this event are eligible to break state and national records.
